Wendy Warner brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across global B2B manufacturing, including packaging, nonwovens, and engineered materials. With a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, she brings a strong technical foundation to commercial leadership and a career focused on translating market and customer needs into differentiated solutions that create value and help customers succeed in increasingly complex and evolving markets.
Prior to joining Genera, Wendy held senior commercial and business leadership roles with TekniPlex, Glatfelter (formerly Jacob Holm), and Berry Global. She is known for building strong partnerships within and across organizations, aligning around the right opportunities, and bringing together the commercial, operational, and technical capabilities needed to execute with confidence.
Mark Hauke
Vice President of Operations
Mark Hauke joins Genera with over 30+ years of senior leadership experience spanning operations, maintenance, engineering, and purchasing. He has a proven track record of successfully establishing, guiding, and inspiring teams to adopt cultural transformations and to foster collaboration between leadership and the workforce, as well as among departments, suppliers, and clients. He has led cross-functional teams in achieving ambitious business objectives by identifying opportunities, assessing risks, and proactively managing strategic plans for success. Through empowering teams to make decisions and assume ownership of processes, while simultaneously providing coaching, accountability, and the necessary resources for growth, he has cultivated a unified and successful organizational culture to win as ONE!
Dustin Ziegelman
Vice President of Technology
Dustin brings more than a decade of cross-industry expertise spanning Paperboard, Tissue & Towel, and Molded Fiber manufacturing. Dustin champions a safety-first culture with rigorous quality standards, ensuring that technology seamlessly aligns with operational excellence and environmental stewardship.
With a proven track record of turning ideas into real-world solutions, Dustin combines a hands-on leadership style with an understanding of diverse manufacturing environments. This enables him to build high-performing teams, optimize operational processes, and consistently drive sustainable results that protect both people and the planet.
Brad Valentine
Director of Feedstock & Agriculture Operations
At the heart of Brad Valentine’s work is a passion for agriculture and the dedicated people and communities behind it. He has been with Genera since 2019, driving the end-to-end strategy for feedstock procurement and field operations. Backed by 15 years of experience across plant breeding and commercial agronomy, Brad combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership of a dedicated team, to collaborate with local producers and landowners while scaling Genera’s sustainable crop production.
