Genera Energy recently submitted comments to the US Environmental Protection Agency regarding proposed changes to the Renewable Fuel Standard’s Renewable Volumetric Obligations. Genera believes that the proposed changes would negatively impact the advanced biofuels and biomass industries and that the changes are unwarranted.
